James 2:14-26. Today’s reading seems pretty straight forward but boy does it make a lot of trouble for some theologians (Bible experts). Martin Luther, one of the main leaders of the Protestant Reformation, wanted to remove James from the Bible. Ephesians 2:8-9 tells us that we are saved as a free undeserved gift from God.
